Intermediate Tap Dance Fun

Break out your old tap shoes and get some exercise with us in this ongoing class. This class is designed for those who know the basics of tap and would like to practice and build their skills. We will start by practicing skills to some of your favorite songs and then we’ll work to learn more complex dance numbers set to classics and contemporary songs. Have fun and exercise while building and maintaining your tap skills.

If you want to pay $4.00 as a drop in fee per night, call us (866-4119) to register for this course instead of using this online portal.

Intro to Line Dancing

Intro to Pickleball - Hampden Daytime

In this 2-week course, you will learn to play Pickleball, "the fastest growing sport in the U.S.A.". Sessions consist of general instruction and play. Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and ping-pong. 

Inexpensive to play, Pickleball provides good exercise, is great for individuals of all ability levels, is easy to pick up and play and is a great social activity. 

This is an attractive sport that is ideal for all ages, especially Seniors 50+.

All equipment will be provided to you.

People of all body types are welcome. Bring a yoga mat or blanket with you to class.
