This class is progressive and increases your overall well-being throughout the 6 week session."Standing and Floor Work! This dynamic, full-bodied exercise program supports muscle growth and increases stamina! Prepare to be getting on and off the floor during the mat portion. This class offers seated strength and flexibility exercises to improve mobility and fall prevention. All exercises will support people with arthritis, osteoporosis, and other health concerns if they are cleared by their primary care provider.

This 60-minute Yoga class will provide sequences that calms the nervous system along with stretching/warming the muscles and preparing the mind to rest. Breathing techniques, short meditation and positive affirmations will end the practice.

“Aromatherapy and yoga are both ancient healing practices that can be used to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health. Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils to enhance well-being, while yoga is a practice that focuses on relaxation, deep breathing, and meditation. Together, they can create a holistic experience that can improve your health.” Different aromas and physical postures can have different effects including: good for meditation, relaxing and uplifting, balance the mind and emotions, improve concentration, support immunity, relieve stress and help you sleep, help you feel calm and centered, help with mental rejuvenation, relieve tension in the brain and body.
