With this class, optimize your fitness during your pregnancy to help you thrive physically and mentally from 1st trimester to 3rd and in the transition to motherhood. Movements are simple but effective in helping you master everyday movement patterns as your body changes and does its superpower of creating new life! You will be guided on safety for you and your little one as well as being educated on modification options as necessary. Let's work together to make this time a strong and powerful journey for you!
