Intro to Heart Rhythym Meditation
with Stephen Hodgdon
In this 6 week introductory course to Heart Rhythm Meditation (taught by Steve Hodgdon and Paige Mitchell), we'll learn to recognize and regulate our interanl rhythms and feelings, and hone our abilities to redesign our attitudes and actions. We'll apply this practice to our health, relationsups, and goals, allowing us to take on larger challenges with less stress.
Heart Rhythm Medutation can:
-Expand your concept of who you are, and broaden your scope of awareness
-Create states of stillness, alertness, peace, and insight
-Physically strengthen your heart, stabilize its rhythm, open your circulatory sytem, and oxygenate your blood stream.
Each participant will receive their own personal journals, and copies of "Living From the Heart," by Puran and Susanna Bair, founders of this meditation practice. During each meeting, we'll practice Heart Rhythm Meditation, discuss our experiences, and make action paths towards self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence.
