Tai Chi/Qigong for Wellness via Zoom
Effective exercises for mind/body health using Tai Chi Principles with focus on safety and proper alignment. Benefits can include improvements in mobility, stamina, balance, protection of joints and mindfulness. Physical exertion is equivalent to moderate paced walking. Participants should be familiar with Zoom, bring drinking water for break, wear loose fitting clothing and shoes with good support. High tread not recommended. Please consult your physician if needed for participation. You will need to sign a fitness waiver and release form to participate. Seven sessions.
