Create and take home seasonal recipes (Gluten & Soy-Free): Chickpea Salad - chickpeas, spices, lots of variations, Clean Start Kale Salad - if you're not already a kale lover, you may be at the end of this demo! We'll have a "question & answer" session and discuss other bean options along with the importance of these protein powerhouses! Please bring an apron and container for leftovers. Alicia has offered plant-powered meals since 2007. She has a Masters in Holistic Wellness and has been teaching healing and nutrition to all ages since 2013.
