Gentle Yoga - Hampden

This 6-week yoga class will teach you how to unwind, gently stretch out tense muscles and release stress. You'll become fully present with mindful, gentle and slow yoga poses, which can be modified for participants who have injuries or restrictions. This class is appropriate for beginner through intermediate level students.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to class.
More sessions will be added if there is interest.
