In this one-night, hands-on class, you will prepare and taste a great 100% plant-based, gluten and soy-free meal. The menu will include sauteed baby greens in a cashew creme sauce alongside a pandorable patty.
You'll also receive and take home with you recipes and great information about plant-based foods.
Please bring to class an apron if you have one), mixing bows, spoons and a container to take food home.
