In this one night workshop you will
create and take home these seasonal recipes (Gluten Free & Soy-Free) Chickpea Salad-chickpeas, spices, lots of variations! Clean Start Kale Salad-if you're not already a kale lover, you may be at the end of this demo! We will also discuss other bean options and the importance of these proteinpowerhouses. Please bring an apron & container for leftovers. Recipes and Alicia's seasonal eating guide will be included.
