Culinary Knife Skills-Orono

In this one night class, through a combination of demonstration and practice, you will learn to slice, dice and Brunoise like a pro. You will learn about knives and how to care for them properly while practicing basic techniques. Please bring a paring knife, a chef knife along with a cutting board.
Cost: $10 (plus $5 materials fee paid directly to the instructor)
