Along the way, we will review core math topics such as fractions, decimals, percents, and ratios. A great course for those who want to brush up on their math skills for personal use or as a transition to higher education.

This is a 45-hour, high school level math class.

There is no course fee for local residents taking the class to earn their adult education high school diploma. $25 course fee for others.

This 24-hour course is designed for the adult education student, high school senior or high school graduate who is interested in advancing to college. The course is designed to empower students to achieve success in college and life.

Some course topics include: the financial aid process, the college application process, Accuplacer Testing, characteristics of successful college students, campus life, research skills, financial literacy and writing for college.

Students who successfully complete this 24-hour course will earn one credit from Eastern Maine Community College.
