In this one-night, hands-on class, you will learn how to make your own sauerkraut through the wonders of fermentation. 

You will start a batch of sauerkraut, learn the basics of fermentation and take your first batch home with you to finish.

Francophone Food Culture of Southern France

Join us for this informative and fun class. You'll get an overview of the food culture of France and then assist in preparing and tasting Tapenade, Ratatouille, and Bouilla Baisse, traditional French foods. 

Our instructor is fluent in French and participants are invited to add the cultural ambiance of language to the course.

A materials fee of $12.00 is payable directly to the instructor.

An afternoon departure will start your journey to the beautiful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay Harbor for their annual "Gardens Aglow". Our first stop will be at Sarah's Cafe in Wiscasset, Maine for an included homemade box meal.

Join us this winter for the biggest and brightest light display in Maine. Gardens Aglow is a special event for couples, friends or the whole family. From the light display, to the s'mores pit, popcorn stand and special art exhibits.

Haunted Happenings Bus Trip

Introduction to Indoor Archery

Interested in picking up the sport of archery, but don’t want to invest a lot of money before you find out more about it. This one-night course will provide you with an introduction to the basic skills, equipment and safety of archery so that you can decide if you want to continue with this popular sport.

This clinic will take place in an indoor range and is open to students 15 years and older.
